Brisbane Premier League - NEW Blog site!!

G'day everyone,

This is a new blog site that is created specifically for the "Brisbane Premier League" which is the elite Open Ultimate Frisbee competition in Brisbane.

This Blogsite is intended to allow any participants, spectators or commentators who have any interest in the BPL competition to rant on about any aspect of the BPL that they like.

After a few years of having BPL posts mixed in with all the other Ultimate activities happening around Brisbane, it is high time for the BPL to have it's own dedicated Blogsite. This is our elite competition and there are many of us who Love it.  There are a huge number of topics and ideas that require and will inspire discussion among us.  The last season in 2011 was a cracking one and there was a lot of chatter between the teams and players as the season progressed.  This Blog is one way to keep all that stuff together and ultimately to improve the standard of the BPL competition as well as the general standard of Ultimate in Brisbane.

It is currently in test and has been created using one of the standard templates on offer, so expect to see it become more tailored to the BPL over time.

I'm not sure about policies yet, but the intention should be to just open this up and allow people to self moderate and stay nice ... or at least moderately polite.   It would be a real shame to have to exert censorship because someone decided to be an asshole....
